The night I wore the thong I was extremely uncomfortable. I wore them under my black slacks to a party. It was true there was no panty line, but… I spent the entire evening hidden in a corner trying to pull my thong out of my crack. With my tight slacks this was impossible to do. Luckily, most of the party attendees were overly intoxicated and didn’t notice my futile efforts of trying to achieve some sort of comfort.
Okay I thought. Maybe I needed a thinner or wider strap for my particular butt. I bought a few pairs in each style. I’d try again. Future efforts to find comfort in a thong failed. I knew that the majority of my sorority sisters wore thongs—you notice these things when you all share a community bathroom. What was I doing wrong?
I continued to wear thongs. (I wanted to be in the “in” group.) I figured that I would eventually get used to them. But I never did. I was about to discard these garments when my boyfriend announced that he would be visiting for the weekend. His visit would give me the chance to see how men, my man, was affected by a thong.
I modeled my new style for him. He liked the front of this underwear (it looks the same as bikinis), but the back didn’t seem to do much for him either. “Are you comfortable in that?” he asked. “No,” I said. He also answered “no” when I asked him if he found this style of pants to be sexy.
That did it! I returned to my comfortable bikinis. I was happy; my boyfriend was happy. And as far as panty lines go…if I really need to wear something so tight that the panty lines show, then I go without wearing any underpants. It may not be the best solution, but it’s more comfortable.
