Carrie Bickner-Zeldman
Carrie Bickner-Zeldman, founder of Things I Learned the Hard Way, is a working mom and writer. She is a project director in one of NYC’s finest cultural institutions, and the author of Web Design on a Shoestring. She has been writing her personal site, Rogue Librarian, since early 2000. She speaks at web conferences and teaches at the Pratt Institute. Carrie lives with her husband, Jeffrey Zeldman, their daughter Ava, and their little dog Emile in New York City.
